Waste Management is extending innovations in recycling to your yard waste by completing the cycle between waste and renewal. Davis Street’s GreenWaste program processes 400 tons per day and works to divert table scraps and yard cuttings from the landfill and process them for re-use. Instead of filling the landfill, this material, rich in nutrients essential for plants, is turned into compost by DSTS partners, Zbest and Grover Landscaping.
